Philadelphia Flyers Vs. Washington Capitals

APB will be taking a trip down to watch the Philadephia Flyers take on the Washington Capitals. The bus will pick us up at 3:00pm on Cumberland Drive outside the Ceddia Union Building (CUB). We will leave the center around 11:00pm. The game starts at 7:30pm. Have a question about this event? Please email apb@ship.edu.

Will there be a stop for dinner?

Dinner can be purchased at the Verizon Center for purchase.

Waivers: A waiver will be sent to you during the week prior to the trip for you to complete. Any individual not having a completed waiver will not be permitted to go on the trip, and the individual cannot request a refund.

Cancellation Policy: If you choose to no longer attend the event after purchasing the ticket(s), for said event, for any reason, no refunds will be provided. This is a strict policy.

Request for Refunds: If you choose to request a refund, our team will review your request and respond within 5 business days. It may take up to 10 business days to issue any refunds that are approved. To request a refund, email apb@ship.edu with your request and your confirmation number of your order.

Refunds for Canceled Events: We'll contact you and issue a refund automatically, including all fees. This may take up to 5 business days for initial contact, and 10 business days to issue all refunds.

Refunds for Rescheduled Events: If the event were to be rescheduled, we'll contact you with the new date and time ASAP. Can't make it? Refunds can be requested via apb@ship.edu, and must be submitted within 5 business days after notification is made of the new date and time. Requests will be attended to within 10 business days.
